New Year, New Goals but Same ME

With us being 11 days into the new year, the goals, new ideas and resolutions are flowing. With that being said, we have just a quick note to share with our customers and followers. Its important to pace yourself early on to avoid that overwhelming feeling halfway through the year. If you are anything like me, anxiety can get the best of us at times because there is sooooo much we want to do!

  • Take your time and get organized.
  • Bring some friends along for a little encouragement because we all need it sometimes.
  • Make your planning and execution exciting and fun!
  • Write in down and make it plain.
  • Celebrate each milestone no matter how small.
  • Believe, be true and be great!

You really have some great points here! After coming off the holiday and into the New Year, it’s pretty stressful with closing out one chapter and starting a new one. I know that will and have definitely had to practice each of these bullet points already. This is such a huge help and so very true. Thank you!

I love this list! I feel like I didn’t make resolutions for 2019 as I have in the past, but rather tweaking certain areas in my life to see where I could use improvement in and focusing on mastering the specifics of those areas. I still need to write it down or make a vision board tho so I think I’ll get that done this weekend ❤️
